I wanted to thank you for the experience I had yesterday that normally would have been unpleasant, but wasn't so terrible. I had 2 temporary crowns put on a filling (I was in that stupid chair with my mouth open for 3.5 hours!!!), but I used all your relaxation suggestions and actually almost fell asleep I was so relaxed.

I hope that you have many clients benefiting from you recordings - I suffer from a lot of 'road rage' & basically 'life' rage - even thought I am a very loving and caring person and won't harm a fly & would give my life to those I care about!! - I have found the STOP, BREATH & EXCEPT very beneficial especially this week on the way to work I had a skip (dump) lorry totally try to run me off the road .... I totally had the right of way!! ....... I just remembering what you had educated me with was enough to stop me driving the guy off the road when I later I had the chance!! and this need for vengeance in myself I absolutely hate! - I do hate in this life that people see that you are a woman and think they can do what ever!!

This thought normally makes me want to stand up for woman so men think again!!! And believe me I have educated a few!!! but now I do understand that I just have to except these little blips that happen - even though I was brought up as treat others as how you would like to be treated ... no one tells you that this skill isn't returned very often.

Thank you for giving me hope in this hopeless world & the skills to handle myself and others .. you should feel very proud of what you have produced. May all good things come to you. You sound a woman of great understanding and of great love.... I hope life treats you with the respect & love you truly deserve.
